Yes! Our powder-coated signs are weather-resistant and perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. They can withstand rain, sun, and various weather conditions. However, unfinished steel signs are best suited for indoor use or covered outdoor areas.

Most of our signs are available in 5 sizes:
• 12" (approximately 11.5" actual size)
• 15" (approximately 14.5" actual size)
• 18" (approximately 17.5" actual size)
• 24" (approximately 23.5" actual size)
• 30" (approximately 29.5" actual size)

Our signs are made from either 16 gauge (approximately 1.5mm thick) steel, providing a sturdy, substantial feel while remaining easy to mount.

Simply enter your desired text in the personalization fields when ordering. What you see in the preview is exactly what will appear on your finished sign. We use precision laser-cutting to create your custom text.

You can use letters, numbers, periods, and slashes. Please note that hyphens, dashes, colons, semi-colons, and special symbols will not appear on your final sign. Emojis and emoticons are not supported.

Yes! Our product pages show a real-time preview of how your personalization will appear on the finished sign. What you see is what you get!

Character limits vary by design. The personalization tool will guide you and show you exactly how your text will fit on the sign.

Each sign is custom-made to order. Standard production typically takes 3-5 business days, plus shipping time. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Yes! We offer Priority Expedited Processing with 2-3 working days production time via FedEx for an additional cost. Select this option at checkout if you need your sign faster.

Because each sign is custom-made specifically for you, we begin production immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes - we'll do our best to accommodate you if production hasn't started.

At this time, we only ship within the USA. We hope to expand internationally in the future!

Each sign is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.

We take great care in packaging, but if your sign arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll make it right!

Mounting hardware is not included, giving you the flexibility to choose the best mounting method for your specific surface and location. We recommend using appropriate screws, nails, or adhesive strips based on where you plan to display your sign.

Our signs can be mounted using various methods:
• Screws or nails through the metal (for permanent installation)
• Command strips or adhesive hooks (for damage-free hanging)
• Wire or rope through design openings (for rustic display)
• Leaning on shelves or mantels

Choose the method that works best for your surface and desired look.

Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth. For powder-coated signs, you can use mild soap if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the finish.

Powder-coated signs are protected against rust and designed for long-lasting durability, even outdoors. Unfinished steel signs may develop a natural patina over time, especially if exposed to moisture - this adds to their rustic character!

Because each sign is custom-made specifically for you with your personalization, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we'll gladly replace your sign.

We carefully review each order before production. If we make an error in your personalization, we'll remake your sign at no charge. Please double-check your personalization before ordering, as we create exactly what you enter.

Absolutely! We take pride in our craftsmanship. Each sign is precision laser-cut and quality-checked before shipping. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your sign, please contact us.

Yes! You can enter a different shipping address at checkout. We don't include pricing information in the package.
