Please allow 1-4 business days from the time an order is placed to be delivered. In rare instances, there may be a delay of the time frame of shipping due to unforeseen imperfections in pieces. In these instances, we will do our best to communicate the delay.

Contact our support team for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered. Please include a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement item to be sent out as soon as possible.

Due to our items being personalized and made-on-demand, we are unable to accept any returns.

We typically ship all orders within 3-5 business days. You have up to 3 hours from when the order is placed to make any changes or cancellations. After this period, we are unable to modify the order.
