Yes! Powder-coated signs are weather-resistant and built for both indoor and outdoor use — they handle rain, sun, wind, and temperature changes year-round. Unfinished steel signs are best kept indoors or in covered areas as they may develop a natural patina.

Most signs come in 6 sizes:

12" — Shelves, desks, small accent walls
15" — Bathrooms, offices, smaller rooms
18" — Bedrooms, kitchens, entryways (most popular gift size)
24" — Living rooms and dining rooms
30" — Bold statement on larger walls
36" — Barns, garages, large outdoor spaces

As a general guide: 12–15" for accent pieces, 18–24" for most home walls, 30–36" for maximum impact.

We offer 14 powder-coat colors including Black, White, Silver, Gold, Copper, and more. Select your color on each product page using the color selector — it's applied as a uniform finish across the entire sign.

Letters, numbers, periods, and slashes are supported. Hyphens, dashes, colons, semi-colons, special symbols, and emojis will not appear on the finished sign.

Limits vary by design. The live preview tool on each product page guides you in real time — you'll see exactly how your text fits as you type.

Many designs support multiple lines including names, dates, and short phrases. Check the personalization fields on each product page — every field corresponds to one line on the finished sign.

Each sign is made to order. Typical timeline:

Standard production: 3–5 business days
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
Total: 6–10 business days from order to delivery

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Yes! Select Priority Expedited Processing at checkout to reduce production time to 2–3 business days, shipped via FedEx. Best choice if you need your sign for an upcoming event or holiday.

Order at least 14 days before any major holiday. During peak season (November–December), order even earlier. Cutting it close? Add Expedited Processing at checkout to cut production to 2–3 business days.

You have 3 hours after placing your order to request changes or a cancellation. After that, production may have already begun and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately at monogramly.com/pages/contact.

Every sign is packed with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Larger signs receive extra reinforcement to prevent bending or damage in transit.

Contact us immediately with a photo of the damage at monogramly.com/pages/contact. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Hardware is not included with standard orders, giving you flexibility for your wall type. We offer a Magnetic Hanging Hardware Kit separately — the easiest way to hang your sign with no visible hardware.

Command strips or adhesive hooks — damage-free on smooth walls
Wire or rope through design openings — rustic look
Magnetic Hanging Kit — clean, no visible hardware
Leaning on a shelf or mantel — no holes needed

Yes. Use masonry anchors for brick or concrete, standard screws for wood, and drywall anchors for plasterboard. Our signs are lightweight — most standard mounting methods work perfectly.

Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Mild soap is safe for powder-coated signs. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals that could dull the finish.

Powder-coated signs are fully rust-protected for long-term outdoor use. Unfinished steel signs may develop a natural patina over time — many customers love this rustic look, but if you prefer no patina, keep them indoors or in a covered area.

Because every sign is custom-made with your personalization, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. If your sign arrives damaged or we made an error, we'll replace it at no charge. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please double-check your text carefully before ordering — we produce exactly what you enter. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, contact us within 3 hours and we'll try to correct it before production. We cannot replace signs for customer-entered errors after production begins.

Absolutely. Every sign is precision laser-cut and individually quality-checked before shipping. If you receive a sign with a manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Yes! Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. We never include any pricing information in the package.

The 18" is our most popular gift size — substantial enough to impress without being overwhelming. For a large wall or outdoor space, go 24" or 30". For an office desk or bedroom accent, 12" or 15" is perfect.

We don't offer printed gift messages, but you can add a note in the order notes field at checkout and we'll do our best to include it. The sign itself — personalized with their name — is really the message.
